Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance or we may consider you a "no-show. If you miss your appointment, you will be charged $25.00 fee for a missed appointment. You may be discharged as a patient following three no-shows in a one-year period.
